ICCPL Strategy: The Winning Factor
The advisory arranged press conferences on the eve of new project launch and numerous media relationship meetings to create a positive image among the media fraternity. And created a close media lobby for the company.

Results:
The company received fabulous response from the campaign where every media talks about Ajnara India Ltd. The projects, through a sustained public relation campaign, generated favourable word of mouth publicity among the target groups and other stake holders.

About Gulshan Homz:
Gulshan Homz stands tall on four pillars- Quality, Faith, Professionalism and Truth. With these pillars, Gulshan Homz has been a Brand-name to reckon with in Quality Construction since 20 years when its founder director Mr. Gulshan Nagpal started constructing luxurious living spaces in East-Delhi. Mr. Nagpal was later joined by Mr. Deepak Kapoor, an FMS Management Graduate who with his immaculate planning and marketing built the brand which the company today enjoys. After two decades of journey from independent houses in East Delhi to Multiple Housing Project in Delhi NCR, Gulshan Homz has grown into a renowned and reputed luxury Real estate developer having made a place for itself as an epitome for quality construction and luxury apartments.

Strategy: How to Win
Product and Brand Research: A comprehensive research was conducted to understand where Gulshan Homz lie in the Indian Realty Sector. An in-depth knowledge of the market provided the right platform for ICCPL to go all out to meet its objectives.
Planning media vehicles: A media plan was conceptualized and implemented with a focus on product specific target audience. A well planned mix of media interactions & insertions in the national & vernacular dailies, Business and Realty magazines and electronic media followed.
Non-Media initiatives: It was felt, to take the brand directly to the end user, one has to go through the various key media and also investors. At the end of the day, if these people are satisfied or convinced with a company's offerings, it becomes easier to hit the end consumers also. Hence a set of non-media initiatives were drawn out by ICCPL for Gulshan Homz, which included:
a) Conceptualizing and designing of Newsletters
b) Initializing the setting up of Social CLub
c) Initiating Corporate Social Responsibility

Project Launche:
During ICCPL's association with Gulshan Homz, the advisory launched the following projects in the most grandeur way possible: 1. Gulshan Vivante (2010)
2. Gulshan IHomz (2010)
3. Gulshan Ikebana (2012)
4. CSR activities
All the launches took place in the elitist of five star hotels in town. All arrangements starting from the sets and props used for the launch to the F & B selections were exclusively handled by ICCPL's team. As the launch was coupled with a Press Conference, ICCPL had also invited over 55 journalists from both the print and electronic media.

Result:
a) Coverage in the form of releases and features in the leading national mainlines (TOI, Hindustan Times, etc.), business and financial dailies (Economic Times, Financial Express, Observer, Business Standard, etc.), all the major Business magazines, Real Estate magazines, electronic news channels (CNBC, Aajtak, etc.) and other publications.
b) A wide-spread response

• To provide media support to highlight group's other realty ventures along with a niche spokesperson profiling.

ICCPL Action Plan: Highlight the 'Moments'
Different events were planned and executed for the mall. Fashion shows for children to young people were organized. Team of professional dancers were called to perform along with Television actors like Hussain, Tina and Cyrus Broacha.
Each and every event was conducted to highlight the launch of the mall in various media.
Launch of Realty Projects: The advisory has been responsible for a subtle public relation campaign for AIL's all realty projects in Gurgaon and otherwise.

Results:
Wide coverage in the Media.
Feedback from the client showed their interest for a long association with ICCPL, in many such programs.
